Marnye Hall is an award-winning brand strategist and senior-level creative director with experience leading teams of creative directors, writer/producers and designers.

She is currently the Senior Director of creative and brand messaging for the Scripps News Group including the national streaming channel, Scripps News.

Under her leadership a team of art directors and graphic designers developed and deployed a unifying graphics package, strengthening brand identity across 40+ stations.

Her work on Court TV’s true-crime documentary series “Interview with a Killer” led the show to be the network’s most watched original series for three seasons, growing the audience year-over-year.

Previous to her time at Scripps, Marnye led the global brand work for CNN International and CNN en Español. In this role, she managed the marketing for network priorities, key talent and high-profile sponsorships. Marnye also managed the promotion for CNN prime time, live events and in-house created documentaries.

Her prior experience includes the launch of HLN’s true crime series, “Vengeance.” She also wrote and produced the campaign for the limited series” Sex & Love Around the World” hosted by Christiane Amanpour. 

Marnye is passionate about leading creative teams and projects from ideation to launch under tight deadlines.  

In her volunteer time, Marnye is on the board of directors of the World Foundation for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. She is also the co-chair of the Old 4th Ward Community Garden.
